Please understand that by booking your appointment, you are booking a specific day and time with me to receive my services. I reserve that time slot especially for you and your pampering. If you don't attend/cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. This impacts on my other clients, who are losing out on the opportunity to receive my services.

Policy
- When booking online - you are requesting an appointment slot - it's not a confirmation. Your appointment is confirmed ONLY after receiving a confirmation text/email.
- Some bookings (like New Costumers/Late cancelations/No-Shows/December bookings) require a none-refundable deposit of £15. You will receive a payment link via text message. You have 1h to complete the payment or your appointment slot will be lost and you will have to book again.
- My main communication with clients is via text so please make sure you double check your information or inform me of any mobile phone number changes.
- In order to make an appointment, please provide a valid mobile phone number. This will be used to send you a confirmation text/payment links/reminders.
- You will receive a confirmation text once your appointment is booked, as well as a reminder text a day before your appointment. New Clients will receive a reminder text with dirrections a day before the appointment.

If I’m unable to reach you due to being given an incorrect phone number or I receive a service error, please understand that it is you're responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

Try to be punctual, as late arrivals will inevitably have an impact on the rest of your/my appointments. Your appointment will be held for 20 minutes from the start time. After that the appointment will be marked as NO-SHOW.
- Any cancellations less then 48h prior your appointment will be considered as “Late Cancellation” and will result in "Late Fee".
- The "Late Fee" of £15 will be asked to be payed before your next appointment can be approved.
- Clients, who fail to attend their appointment or run more then 20 minutes late will be considered a NO-SHOW.
- NO-SHOW will be asked to pay a £15 NO-SHOW FEE when booking any further treatments AS WELL AS a £15 non-refundable deposit for next appointment.
No further appointments will be made after two NO-SHOWs!!!!

If there is a possibility that you have not received the confirmation/reminder text, please contact me the day before your appointment to confirm your attendance.
With these policies in place I hope to avoid late arrivals, reduce missed appointments and run my business smoothly.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
The treatments provided are done so by a qualified technician with high standard products. It is therefore reasonable to anticipate that any completed treatments may not be materially refunded as products/time has been used and is irreversible.
Due to the nature of services provided and materials used, no refund will be given in any instance.
Whilst no monetary refund will be given in ANY circumstances, any initial nail treatment is guaranteed for three calendar days from the date of the initial appointment.

Please note that to be eligible for either a fix or removal, the defect must be brought to my attention within the time period stated above; and that these appointments will not be covered by a new guarantee period.
Any OTHER repairs will be charged £5 plain/from £6.50 with art, per nail (up to 3 nails) or a price of full set (more then 3 nails)

Should the client disagree with any points of this policy, treatment cannot be carried out.
